Barry K. Tagawa
Mr. Tagawa began practicing law in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1984, representing primarily large corporate clients. In 1989, Mr. Tagawa began practicing law in San Francisco, CA. In January 1994, Mr. Tagawa opened his own practice, and in January 1995, Mr. Tagawa incorporated his business, The Law Office of Barry K. Tagawa, A Professional Corporation. Mr. Tagawa gives all of his clients his personal attention to ensure legal representation of the highest quality.
Prior to forming The Law Office of Barry K. Tagawa, A Professional Corporation, Mr. Tagawa worked in Honolulu, HI at the law firm of Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright, then at the law firms of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton and Long & Levit, LP in San Francisco, CA.
In addition to having over numerous arbitrations and trials, Mr. Tagawa has conducted oral argument before the Hawaii Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit.
